Meeting Schedules

Quarterly zonal meetings are held in all regions in a manner as to meet the organization’s issues.

Zonal meetings use a common agenda designed by the zonal coordinators and executive members. Zonal coordinators may solicit input from their zones and forward their contributions to the secretary prior to the release of a common agenda to all members.

The Secretary shall send notices of all meetings via emails to all members two weeks in advance of the meeting dates. Following the meeting notices, all Zonal Coordinators shall make every effort to send reminder notices to their members via phone calls.
